We, the Board, are working to maintain and improve the value and enjoyment of our neighborhood. We are looking forward to seeing all of you around the neighborhood. We meet regularly the second Tuesday of each month at 6:00 PM at the Brookwood Community Center. Management Company
Leann Hingsberger has worked in the real estate industry since 1979. As office manager of Windermere Richard B. Smith Real Estate, she proudly earned the title of Secretary of the Year in 1992. In 1995 she was invited to become a part of the team that marketed Lexington Hills Subdivision and managed their homeowners' association. As Lexington Hills sold out, Brookwood was just coming on line and Leann transitioned into a position with Aries Development, the developer of Brookwood. Her duties were to again market the subdivision and set-up and manage the homeowner's association. When Brookwood was nearing its sell-out point the end of 2004, the decision of how to continue the management of the association was placed before the Board of Directors. Leann felt such strong ties to the subdivision she watched grow from bare dirt to a community of wonderful homeowners that she started her own business, Choice One Home Owner Association Services, and after competing with some of the top management companies in the valley, she was awarded the opportunity to continue her involvement with the Brookwood Homeowner's Association.
