The role of the Architectural Design Committee is to review and approve all homeowner requests for ANY alterations to the exterior of their home (including but not limited to room additions, trellis additions, painting, Satellite Dishes, retaining walls, etc.) and ANY miscellaneous site improvements (including new landscaping, children’s play sets, etc.). Our decisions are guided by the Architectural Design Guidelines for Brookwood Subdivision as published with the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Brookwood.
