We would just love to stay in the neighborhood, but we need to downsize. What we would like to do is try to find a 4 bedroom home with an office and bonus room for $425,000 or less.

Our home is 4,300 square feet. We have 5+ bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths, a bonus room over the garage, a bonus room (could be 6th bedroom) in the basement, formal living room, formal dining room, and 2 family rooms. The basement has a bedroom, large bonus room, family room, and storage room. The master is on the main level and there are three additional bedrooms upstairs and a bonus room above the garage. Prelisting referral bonus for our neighbors can be up to $10,000 if we receive the price of $555,000 for our house. If we find a trade, the referral bonus can come off the price. We will probably list our home soon and then we will not be able to offer this referral bonus.
