 Community Center The Community Center is home to Board meetings, Committee meetings and homeowner events alike. It is also available for individual homeowner useage for a small fee of $20. Basketball Court The upper park has a basketball hoop for neighborhood play which is located adjacent to the playfield large enough to accomodate four teams at once and can be reserved for Brookwood teams to use on a first come-first serve basis.
